Staff Search Hello all members! ^-^
The admins of For the First Time have decided that it is finally time to find new staff members who are willing to help out with the site. We have agreed upon finding 2 new Global Moderators, who will have the power to accept members, make boards, and move threads. They will also be involved in all decision making on how to improve the site. We would like people who have a genuine desire to make this site better, and also have the experience to take on the job. We are not entirely sure how long this search will last, it depends on what sort of response we get. At the moment though, we are aiming for about 1 week, meaning that it would be over on Tuesday the 14th.

Can you be an active staff member? I visit the site everyday, I could be active for 'work' anywhere from every day to ever 2-3 days.
What experience have you had in running a site? About idk 3 years ago I made/owed a site that had around 100 members (it was a horse/rider site not boarding school). It was active for about 9 months and then I wasnt able to do all the work myself and it sort of fell apart. I havent done any modding sense then. I do now how to work proboards (like make skins, move boards, etc.) because my friend and I had our own private RP site for just the two of us.

Can you be an active staff member? yes, i am online quite often. What experience have you had in running a site? i am a co-admin on a twilight site that is reopening again soon. it closed a few months ago, but before that i was an admin there for two years. i am very helpful when it comes to arranging the boards and getting tedious tasks done.

Can you be an active staff member? I'm active now, aside from the bit lately when I was away. I can be on everyday, am anyways even if I'm not posting. If staff I would check in where ever needed.
What experience have you had in running a site? I am 'the' admin on two sites of my own. Plus I have been staff on a few other boards, just helped as mod more so there makeing sure everyone followed the rules as far as posting an such. Even if not staff, I am willing to help out when and where I can. Except with HTML.. O.o I'm convinced the world would implode if I tried..
