This spacious apartment with two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and kitchen, has specifically been tailored to meet its occupants wants. Almost all of the walls are white, and almost all of the carpets are cream. The exceptions are the kitchen, which has a black slate tiled floor, and the bathroom, which has a sky blue colored wall and a white tiled floor. The living room has two French windows which open up onto a balcony overlooking Grant Park. The apartment is decorated with beautiful furniture, the colors of which really stand out in the white rooms.

Greg's apartment is a small one bedroom, one bathroom apartment. Big enough for him, but with a growing daughter it's getting small fast. The bedroom now belongs to Carly, but Greg keeps his clothes there. The floor is filled with toys and children's books. The bedroom and the living area. Tables are covered with bills and newspapers. The sink has dishes in it, but not overflowing. The place is filled with clutter, but it's clean otherwise. The frdige is covered with pictures of Carly and drawings she's done and what's not filled with toys or bills is replaced with more pictures of Carly.

Noelle Ackerman - 1 Viewing
This cozy two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is perfect for the young woman. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with two sliding glass doors leading out to a balcony that overlooks Grant Park, and both a tub and a shower in the bathroom. Most of the apartment is blue and white, with a pale yellow snuck in to accent it. She doesn't have too many big electronics, like stereo systems or anything, because she isn't very good with that stuff, but Noelle does have a big screen TV in her living room that she loves. There are some paintings on the walls, from her parents, and other things around that her mother gave her that the woman put out to make her happy.

Seth White - 1 Viewing
This apartment is quite nice for its asking price. There are two bedrooms, one of which is always occupied by Seth and the other of which is a spare room for any guests. The kitchen is rather spacious and was chosen specifically by Seth so that he could indulge his passion for cooking. Most of the apartment is open plan with the living room, dining area and kitchen all being one without any walls. The rooms are decorated in a variety of pale blues for the bedrooms and creams for the other areas. There is a decent sized LCD TV on one of the walls which Seth is quite happy with having.

Viktor and Lamia Smirnov
The apartment isn't colorful. But even it's mildly dull appearance describes the renter. The furniture is simple. The wood walls a dark mahogany color. The floor is simple light brown hard-wood. The den sports a small billiards table two leather high backed leather chairs and a leather sofa. Electronic wise there's a 32' flat screen plasma TV and countless CDs.
The small kitchenette provide more than enough space for her to prepare meals for the siblings and their furry babies. The fridge and cupboard are always well stocked. The stove is kept meticulous. Seating is something out of a bar, with the island and two bar style stools.
With two bedrooms it's ideal for them both. One in reds and blacks, the other in purple and black. The spacious walk in closet is shared by both.
Lastly all around the apartment are cat walks for Star, they lend well for Satar too. Cat toys scatter the floor lightly in one corner. The apartment smells lightly of catnip, none of the occupants seem to mind.
