Democracy: Putting the power in the hands of the people.
What do you think would happen if the democracy had been overruled?[/color]
It's the year 2008, in one of the most powerful countries in the world: America. Also known as the United States, right? Wrong. There are no longer states, only one single country, with towns sprinkled all around. And the government? Without democracy and the separation of powers, the first settlers from England brought their ideas of Kingship home with them and put them to use. Over the years the Royal population grew, as did what the royalty liked to call "the commoners", or those who aren't royal in any way, shape, or form.
The students at Redwin High, the commoners, have met an interesting predicament--The Royalty of Purmane, basically the "Royal" capitol of America, is now joining them in two of their five weekly school days. Will they welcome their new celebrity classmates with open arms, or will they do everything possible to make their lives miserable? And will the Royals return the favor?
