This is a real easy game that many people enjoy. All you do is give the person above you a karma, then give the reason why you did. It can be the most relevant or irrelevent reason you want. And example:
Katie: +1 Karma for the pretty sig
Harry: +1 karma for having the name "Katie"
See? Very simple. So, here we go!
