No New Posts Core Classes - 1 Viewing

Being as this is still a high school, there are the regular academics along with the performing and visual arts. These are the only rooms in which you will find the classic "rows of desks" setting. There is Math, History, English, and Science here.

No New Posts The Office

Many people filter in and out of here throughout the school day. The teachers come to get their mail, students come to visit the principal or guidance offices, parents come in to ask questions, and so on and so forth. It is the core of the school, and is what keeps everything else running smoothly.

No New Posts Teacher's Lounge

This is the one place that the staff can escape to during the day if they need some peace away from their students. Most of the staff goes in and out throughout the day, and many teachers like to spend their planning period in here because its quiet and there's food. There is also a small "living" area with a couple couches, a small table, and a TV. Overall, it is a great place to stop by to relax, but there are no students allowed!

No New Posts Dining Hall

Of course, the most important room on campus, the dining hall. Here, both students and faculty sit down and enjoy a meal much finer then that of a regular public high school. There are four different counters to serve different hot meals every day, a salad bar, and of course the desert bar.

No New Posts The Courtyard - 1 Viewing

This campus is a rather big one, which means that even though Chicago lies right outside its boarders it still has trees and grass. The Courtyard is a large area right outside the Dining Hall where many students like to sit and eat their lunch or dinner on the stone wall beneath a beautiful maple tree, or to just hang out.

No New Posts The Walks - 1 Viewing

Between each building lies an area that the students like to call "The Walks." Really, it is just the cement path leading to each of the buildings. Some parts of the walks are lined by flower beds, others by a tree or a bench. Either way, it is a nice walk, and a great place to catch up with someone on your way to class.

No New Posts The Library - 1 Viewing

Like many of the buildings on campus, the library is another architectural beauty. It is a newer building that was built to accomodate the changing generations. Every room has large floor-to-ceiling windows that you can look out over the campus from, and they all have computers to do your homework on and tables to sit quietly and study or read.

No New Posts Jefferson Hall - 2 Viewing

This building is the oldest of the three dorm buildings, but that also makes it the most interesting. Students like to spread rumors about people who died in certain rooms, but most of the time they aren't true. All the same, it makes for interesting stories. This building has four floors and can hold one to two people per room. It has cable television, telephones, and wireless internet.

Vision is the multi-level pride of all the Chicago nightclubs. On the second and third floors there are specialty bars serving whatever alcohol you desire. No New Posts The School Newspaper - 1 Viewing

The School Newspaper is written by a group of students who decided to make a club after school to keep everyone well-informed. It is offered both as a paper and online for those who don't get there in time to grab one. The students do it all themselves, so since there is no teacher supervision they have the freedom to put in a lot of gossip, which is what everyone jumps to to read first.
